The Hy-Gain AR-40 light duty rotator is perfect for compact HF amateur radio communication antennas up to a 3 square foot wind load. It can also be useful as a rotor for large FM-TV and VHF / UHF installations. The AR-40 rotators are equipped with double races with 12 ball bearings exclusive to their category.
This antenna rotator comes with a fully automatic controller, just dial in the desired direction and press the start button. In addition, their automatic position sensor never needs to be reset.

The AR-40 rotary consoles use a low-voltage semiconductor drive for safe and quiet operation. Their maximum mast size of 2,000 in. Accepts masts big enough to really support your antennas. These rotators include the Hy-Gain lightweight MSLD mast mount that allows the rotator to be installed on a mast or pipe. Remove the MSLD for tower shelving installations. The AR-40 control consoles operate from standard 120V outlets.
